As Data Protection Officer, I operate at the highest governance level of privacy, providing strategic guidance on GDPR compliance to executives and operational teams.
My role covers information, advisory and continuous oversight duties, including monitoring compliance, coordinating remediation actions and supporting complex Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
I also act as an independent point of contact with the Supervisory Authority, ensuring transparency, accountability and effective communication in line with Article 39 GDPR.
In addition, I work closely with security, legal and business stakeholders to embed privacy-by-design and by-default into processes, contracts and technologies, aligning regulatory requirements with business objectives and risk appetite.
